The calculation of shipping costs is only available if you have something in your shopping cart.
Shipping Costs Germany
In Germany we charge a flat rate of 3,90€ up to 30kg. From an order value of 49€ we send free of shipping costs.
Shipping Costs Europe
The shipping costs in Europe you can see in the table below. Please note that the shipping of tobacco is only possible within Germany.

You can also pick up your order in our warehouse after consultation with our support. You can reach our support Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 16:00, you can contact us by mail: info@aladin-shishashop.de or by telephone at 0611-95008810. Please note that cash payment on site is not possible! |
Delivery to post office |
In case of failed delivery, a notification card will be left in your mailbox. You can then pick up your package within 7 days at your local post office or DHL parcel store. You can find the nearest post office or DHL parcel store here:Post office/DHL parcel store . You can also have your parcel delivered directly to a DHL store |
Delivery to Packstation |
You can also have your package delivered to a Packstation. You can specify this as a different delivery address when completing your order. If you do not know the number of your Packstation, you can find it via the following link: Packstation finder. You can then pick up your package at the Packstation within 9 days. To pick up your parcel you need your customer card and the pickup code. |
Standard shipping via DHL |
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery in Germany will be made within 1-3 business days. For foreign deliveries delivered within 2-5 business days after the order. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. As soon as the order leaves our shipping warehouse, you will receive an email with your shipping information, so you can track the status of your order at any time. If you have created an account, you can also view your order status and package tracking in your account at any time. |
